Shipping

Processing/fabrication time: The time I need to prepare a order for shipping can variate, please allow me 2 to 4 weeks if the item is not in stock or custom order. I will try to prepare a order as soon as possible, please keep in mind that I am running this business by myself and will keep you posted as much as I can. If you need the item by a certain time, please contact me, so I can try to do my best to meet your wishes. 

Estimated shipping time: 3-14 days, depending on the provider used for shipping (for now I will use USPS) and if the item is in stock, custom or personalized. I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. 

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping provider. Unfortunately, for at the moment, I am not shipping outside the USA trough my website yet. Please feel free to contract me about possible options, additional shipping costs may apply.

Please note that Design By KRK is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 


Return and Exchanges

Return and exchanges: I accept returns and exchanges, because I want you to love the items you ordered. Please know that I inspect everything extensively before it will go out. But if you still need to returns or exchange your order, please see the following:

  • Please contact me within 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery

The following items can not be returned or exchanged: 

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • If they are not in the original condition

Conditions of returns

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item/items are not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Repairs:

  • Normal wear and tear can appear, if that is the case, I offer free repair in the first 6 months of your purchase

  • Otherwise please contact me and I will try to do my best to look for a solution with you.
